We are excited to be serving the Byron Bay area and its surrounds, bringing our passion for exceptional design and craftsmanship to this stunning part of the world. He’ll tell you it’s the unique quality of each and every project, customised to his clients’ requirements. Every project that requires his skills and meticulous attention to detail. But most of all, it’s seeing his clients’ delight with his work.

With a Certificate in carpentry and joinery, and a Bachelor of business, Tim has an extensive understanding of the construction industry. After years of working on luxury renovations, creating modern, contemporary living spaces in the eastern suburbs and surrounding areas of Sydney, Tim founded Heilbronn Building in 2016. Now he provides bespoke renovation and extension services to clients who appreciate his high quality workmanship and hand-crafted finishes – and his open and transparent communication.

Along the way, Tim has built a team with a passion for creating beautiful and functional living spaces that add quality and style to homes and apartments.
